How Long Does It Take?
Acknowledgement
When you submit your application, you will receive an automatic confirmation email that PGO has received your application. Staff will then check that the application form has been completed correctly, and will contact you if anything is missing. Once PGO has received the applicable confirmation request forms, your application is considered complete.
If an application is not completed within 2 years from the date that the application was submitted, the application may be closed.
Decision
Once an application is complete, PGO will process the application and provide a decision within 10 business days.
