Terry Eldridge, P.Eng., Senior Mine Waste Consultant, Golder Associates

Terry Eldridge is a Geotechnical Engineer with 40 years of international experience in the investigation, design, construction, operation and closure of mine waste management facilities. He was the Engineer of Record for the recommissioning of the Mount Polley tailings dam after the 2014 failure and the senior geotechnical engineer for the closure of the failed Aznalcóllar tailings dam in Spain in 1998. His international experience has provided him with a basic understanding of regulatory regimes in numerous jurisdictions.
