The Office of the Fairness Commissioner (OFC) oversees the registration practices of self-regulatory bodies in Ontario to ensure that they are transparent, objective, impartial and fair for anyone who wants to practise as a geoscientist in this province.

PGO Audit of Registration Practices Report
At the request of the Fairness Commissioner, as per the Fair Access to the Regulated Professions Act, 2006, s. 21, PGO undertook a compliance audit of the registration practices of the association in 2008, hiring SF Partnership to conduct the audit.
