Notice:  Please be advised that as of 12:00 noon EST, June 26, 2020, the online registration for AGM has been closed.  

PGO encourages all licensees to participate in this online event.

PGO’s AGM will be held virtually and registration is now available online. Once registered, a link will be sent to you on June 22^nd, 2020 with instructions on how to connect to the online event, along with the meeting agenda and proxy form. The Annual Report containing reports by the President, CEO and Committee Chairs along with the 2019 Audited Year-End Financials will be uploaded onto the PGO website for your review by June 22^nd.

Draft Amended Bylaws

Among the items to be presented and approved during the AGM are draft amendments of the PGO’s By-Laws that have been approved by Council. All voting licensees (full, limited and temporary practising P.Geo.'s), should have already received the draft amended by-laws for review. 

As per PGO’s By-Law 1 section 69, the proposed by-law amendments shall be approved by two-thirds (2/3) majority of the total of practising, temporary and limited members voting at the meeting and by proxy. Proxy forms will be sent along with the meeting agenda on June 22^nd, 2020.
