PGO Office Move and Mail Service Disruption Notice

Professional Geoscientists Ontario (PGO) is moving offices on October 22, 2025!

Please note that our phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same.

Due to the Canada Post labour disruption, there will be delays in receiving mail, and in the mailing of certificates.

To ensure delivery of time-sensitive materials, we strongly encourage you to use
electronic methods for all submissions and payments.

• Documents (Transcripts, Reference Forms, etc.)

• Payment of Fees (Application, Registration Dues, etc.)
  Electronic Transfer or credit card: fees@pgo.ca

If using an alternate delivery option, please ensure that mail is addressed to the new office,
after October 22, 2025, and that a signature is not required for delivery.
