ABOUT THE SPEAKER


Paul Cobb, Manager, Training Services. Climate Risk Institute 

Paul is a Manager of Training Services with the Climate Risk Institute. An engineer by training, he has dedicated his career to finding and implementing climate change solutions. Paul’s work spans twenty years in the fields of climate change mitigation and adaptation – including work with communities and governments from local to national level, and multiple sectors. In his current role, Paul is coordinating development and growth of CRI’s climate change training programs and credentials, which includes work with climate and risk experts within CRI, with multiple partners and experts across Canada and internationally. Paul holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He lives and works from home in northern Ontario, where he is trying to lower his carbon footprint while raising his kids.
